Dr. Spencer Gordy was born and raised in Conway, Arkansas. He is a graduate of Conway High School, and the University of Central Arkansas, and is a proud supporter of the Wampus Cats and Bears. Dr. Gordy graduated from Louisiana State University Dental School in New Orleans, LA. While in dental school, Dr. Gordy received numerous awards and scholarships, such as the first awarded F. Harold Wirth Scholarship for Professionalism and Ethics, and the Robert F. Eastman Award and Scholarship for Excellence in Operative Dentistry, the most prestigious award given by the Department of Comprehensive Dentistry. Dr. Gordy also received the Delta Dental Student Leadership Award and Scholarship in recognition of outstanding leadership, service and scholarship in dentistry.

While in Cajun Country, Spencer met his wife, Leslie from Lafayette, LA. The two were married in 2012 and have two beautiful little girls and adopted a son.   The Gordy's are excited to have made Conway their home.

Dr. Gordy enjoys hunting, traveling, sports, Cajun food, being outdoors and spending time with friends and family, including their Goldendoodle, Sooie and cat, Magnolia.

Dr. Leo Crafton is a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas and graduated from the University of Tennessee Dental School in 1982. Dr. Crafton has been with Dental DesignS since 1982. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Arkansas State Dental Association, and the Central District Dental Society. Dr. Crafton and his wife, Lynne have twin sons and a daughter. Dr. Crafton interests are duck hunting, cooking, college football, and story telling.

Dr. Jennifer Weaver is a graduate of Greenbrier High School and the University of Central Arkansas. She graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry, with honors in 1999. After practicing in Little Rock two years, Dr. Weaver joined Conway Family Dental (previously Dental Designs) in 2001.

Dr. Weaver, her husband, Travis, and their daughters Macey and Camdyn, live in Greenbrier. They enjoy their pets, a chocolate Labrador, Ozzie, and Chocolate Labradoodle, Omar. Dr. Weaver also enjoys exercising, crafts, and shopping.

Dr. Mallett is a 2012 graduate of St. Joseph High School, a 2016 graduate of The University of Central Arkansas and most recently graduated from Louisiana State University Dental School in New Orleans, Class of 2021.

He is a member of the American Dental Association and Arkansas State Dental Association. Dr. Mallett and his wife Rebecca, reside in Conway. Dr. Mallett enjoys golfing, New Orleans cuisine and traveling! Go Saints and Go Pelicans!
